Ordering Information

If you are interested in site licensing or express delivery please call us at 815-927-7390.

If you are a tax-exempt institutional customer, you must call us at 815-927-7390 to place your tax-exempt order. Thank you!

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received for processing. We target shipment of all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2:30 CST will ship the following business day. Weekend (Saturday / Sunday) orders will be processed the next business day. Thank you for your interest in ordering Premier Literacy products. In order to place an order for any Premier Products please call us directly at 815-927-7390 ext. 1 for Customer Service and we will take your order over the phone.

If you call outside of normal business hours, please leave a voice message with your name and number and we will return your call the next business day. Alternatively, you can also send us an email at with your name and phone number and we will promptly contact you. If emailing or leaving a voice mail please do not provide any credit card information for security reasons, thank you!

Return Policy

We offer free trial software, so that products can be evaluated prior to being purchased. Due to software theft and copying technology, we no longer offer refunds on opened products. We currently sell through several major retail distributors and honor their return policies. We can provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding Shipping and Handling) for all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. For returns, you must contact us at 815-927-7390 to request an RMA number. An RMA number is required on the outside of any returned package. All packages will be returned to sender if the RMA is missing. Also, all returns must be shipped back to Premier Assistive via a certified carrier with proof of delivery (e.g. tracking number). Shipping and Handling charges are not considered part of the refundable purchase price, and a 15% re-stocking fee applies for all returned products.
